    Ask a professional message simple. Funny messages can quickly become boring or false:

    Thank you for calling XYZ Company. Unfortunately we can not answer the phone right now, we are helping with other customers. Please leave your name and a short message and sends the call as soon as possible.
    Thank you for calling XYZ Company.

    Once outside the opening times:
    Thank you for calling XYZ Company. Unfortunately, we received outside of normal business hours. Our opening times are Monday through Friday .... ... Saturday and Sunday. They are important for us, so please leave your name and a brief message and we will call back as soon as possible or call us during business hours
