Why do most of them are non-permanent black hair?

Simple question, there is no racism behind!

My ex was in Mexico and Brazil (I want to say, Afro-Brazilian, because nobody knows Brazilian Brazilian Euro required) and for the lasting curly hair removal is used because it was so Freaken but I always wondered if it was "because go his hair with the emergence of Mexico, or because they wanted to or tried to European hair did?

For me personally it was a very personal reason. Growing up, I was one of the few blacks in a predominantly white neighborhood. Until about the 5th Class, my hair was always in little pigtails or braids, but no one had to wear their hair like that. In the 5th Year, I decided to get permanent hair removal, which I wear most of my peers. Over time, however, has some damage to my hair. Now as a student I am always my hair natural. If I want straight hair, I'm going to wear a scarf or a wig, but I can still use if I want.

I'm not saying that's why everyone, but it was me.

I am black and I've never permed, straightened or chemically altered hair. Moreover, no hair extensions. My hair is long, naturally curly and wavy - the whites pay a lot of money to get your hair like my appearance.

Most blacks permanently or not, her hair relax. Then I saw a black man very, very little in my life with a permanent staff / relaxing hair.

But black women who relax their hair because it is only a part of our culture. I believe it was started because of assimilation, but now it is widespread.

But I have mixed feelings about the persistent / relaxing ... Although I do not think that black women perm their hair with the hope that White did, some believe that it is his hope for beauty, which we all live up too. As Asian women, eyelid surgery, or women were in general dye their hair blond. There is a certain culture that is embedded in our society that we are all on, whether consciously or unconsciously.
