I live in Europe - Austria

I've been waiting to buy silver bars (or coins or bars). However, I know its branches in Austria, and the language a barrier for me (I speak German and also speaks German). I have therefore, if banks are in the prestigious shops of Europe (or ask) the online sale of these things is not such a high premium for a small investor like me.
